She took time to reach out to me when she saw my I had reacted so poorly, and explained the formula and the development behind it. She could empathize with me on the point of sensitive skin. Since my issue was so unusual, she offered to help me figure out my reaction - which is probably an individual's allergy to an ingredient. This type of service is beyond any expectation, and definitely appreciated as I search for a foundation for my fussy skin.
